Fix the Leak
The Reality of the Bottleneck
Sometimes we know exactly where the business is leaking. It’s the initiative that keeps getting delayed. The team member who isn’t working out. The marketing spend that doesn’t seem to be doing anything.
Other times, we just feel the friction without knowing the exact source. Even when we see the problem clearly, knowing where to start is hard. The real issue is that we try to fix it entirely on our own. We operate without a sounding board.
What if you could talk it through with someone who isn’t trying to sell a service? Someone with a completely unbiased perspective?
The Solution is Clarity
That’s exactly why I created this session. It’s a dedicated session to pull the problem apart. When you ask a specialist for advice, their solution is always their specialty. You need an operator who can see the entire board.
During our call, we look across the whole business. This includes sales, operations, team structure, and strategy. We examine the mechanics without the pressure of a pitch. We confirm the biggest issues and begin mapping out a game plan to address them. You walk away with a clear read on the exact bottleneck and potential paths to actually fix it.
Why I Offer This
I’ve been building and fixing businesses in Thailand since 2012. My day-to-day work usually involves acting as a Fractional Commercial Leader for larger organizations. However, my closest network here consists of growing SME owners.
I genuinely enjoy helping smaller, lean operations. But given their size, SMEs can’t always justify massive retainers for outside commercial leadership. I want to provide real value and make an objective sounding board completely accessible to everyone.
It doesn’t get more accessible than FREE.
We may have a single, highly focused call and you get back to work with a game plan. Or, we may uncover a bottleneck that warrants a deeper look, and it turns into a light advisory relationship. Both outcomes are fine with me. Playing the long game means giving before you ask.
Let’s solve the hard stuff together.

Let’s have a conversation to begin fixing the leaks that are holding you back.

Our leads have grown immensely since working with Scott. We've gone from having zero prospects to a healthy population of contacts. The number of inbound requests we receive has increased to the point where I've had to hire more staff.

The Process is Simple
The Intake
Before we meet, you complete a short intake form. This provides the exact context I need to walk in prepared. We avoid wasting the first twenty minutes just getting up to speed.
The Session
We jump on a focused Google Meet. You talk and I ask questions. I do not give immediate answers. We just get the friction out in the open. We record the call so we stay fully present.
The Plan
I review the conversation and structure a brief outlining potential paths forward. We then reconnect to discuss those ideas and explore exactly how you can begin making an impact.
Frequently Asked Questions
You talk. I ask questions. That is the whole session.
I am not pitching anything, presenting a framework, or walking you through a deck. I am listening for the friction. The things that keep coming back, the decisions that keep getting delayed, the conversations that have not happened yet.
Some questions will be comfortable. Some will not. That is by design. The uncomfortable ones are usually where the real problem is.
After the session I put together a written report. It covers what I heard, what I think the real bottleneck is, and the first practical move to address it. I send it to you within a few days, then we get on a short call to walk through it together.
It is not a 40-page strategy document. It is a clear read of the situation and something you can act on immediately.
No. The session is free. The report is free. The follow-up call to discuss it is free.
I am not trying to route you toward a product. What I am doing is giving you an honest, unfiltered read of your situation, because I find this kind of conversation genuinely useful to have. Occasionally it turns into an ongoing advisory relationship. That is available when it makes sense, but it’s never the starting assumption.
I might mention how I work if it is obviously relevant. I will not pitch you.
Some people come out of these sessions wanting a thinking partner in their corner on an ongoing basis. When that happens, I offer light advisory at a straightforward monthly rate. But that conversation only happens if it is a natural fit — and it is always optional.
Business owners and senior leaders running established operations in Thailand who feel stuck at a ceiling they cannot push through alone. You have a team, real revenue, real customers, and something isn’t working the way it should.
This is not for startups still finding their feet. It is for people who have built something and are dealing with the friction that comes after.
If you are running a larger operation and looking for embedded senior commercial leadership, the right starting point is fractiond.io.
Complete the short intake form after you book. It takes about five minutes. That is all I need from you before the call. No financials, no documents, no deck. Just show up ready to talk honestly about the business.
If the problem is real, yes. Every business owner I have worked with has time for the thing that is genuinely costing them money or slowing them down. The ones who do not are not ready to fix it yet. That’s fine too. The session will still be here when they are.
